How net loss is calculated
Cashback is paid on net loss, not total wagered. The formula is straightforward:
Net loss = (total real-money deposits used in play) − (balance at week close) − (bonus funds)
- Only real-money play counts – bonus-funded losses are excluded
- Pending withdrawals at week close are treated as balance, not loss
- Weeks run Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 CET
